Context

Legal Master CLE provides continuing legal education through live webinars and on-demand courses. The client needed one platform for registration, accounts, memberships, purchases, live events, and a growing video library.

At Polaire Labs, I led the architecture and delivery from the first backend services through production handoff.

My responsibility

I owned the APIs, media workflow, third-party integrations, deployment, and technical client delivery. I also designed the operational paths that let the client publish courses, schedule events, and manage access without engineering support.

Engineering work

Accounts and commerce

The backend connects user accounts, course purchases, memberships, event registration, and content permissions. Access rules keep paid and member-only video tied to the correct account state.

Live and on-demand media

The media workflow handles upload, processing, storage, and playback for recorded courses while supporting live webinar delivery. Monitoring and repeatable deployment steps make the service easier to operate.

Client operations

Payment, email, and analytics integrations connect the learning experience to the client’s business workflow. Documentation and admin tooling support daily course and member management.

Result

Legal Master CLE runs as a public production platform for U.S. legal professionals. The project shows my ability to deliver a multi-service product and leave the operating team with a system they can manage.
